1. Place cursor on desired form and left click to select it.
2. Place cursor in form and left click.
3. Select Print Preview from the File menu and select "Only the selected frame". This will give you only the form itself.
4. Left click on the Print button on the right hand side of the preview menu or hit <Alt> P to print the document.
