KQHA To Discontinue Ks Kounts Program

At the annual meeting the board of directors decided to discontinue the KS Kounts program. Reasons given were the declining participation and the new rookie program implemented by AQHA which will allow participants to compete against people with similar skill levels. Any points tabulation fees that are received will be refunded. The board thanks those who joined the organization and participated in this program and hopes that the new rookie program will be of interest.
